Te Quiero is a 7-year-old mare by Desperado x Gribaldi with a height at withers of approximately 1.64 m. In handling, she is an incredibly sweet, honest mare who loves attention. She behaves well at the farrier, during grooming and washing, and is pleasant in daily handling.

She also loads easily onto the horse trailer.

Te Quiero is still quite green for her age. Her previous owner bought her as a foal and backed her herself. Afterwards, she was under saddle for a few months. Due to medical circumstances of her owner, she then stood idle for a longer period. Last year she was taken up again for a few months and competed in a dressage show in April. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, her owner was again unable to continue riding her.

Te Quiero has been with us for a month and is being trained further. She takes to the work very well and shows that she enjoys working for her rider. Under saddle she is a willing mare with a sensitive character. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced, confident rider who can continue her development with calmness and clarity. She could also be a great match for an ambitious pony rider transitioning to a horse under good guidance.

Te Quiero is healthy, has no stable vices, and was X-rayed (legs) in 2022 prior to being backed. Re-inspection is allowed at buyer's expense.
