Beautiful large and versatile PRE gelding for sale.

Due to a switch to show jumping, I am putting my dear large PRE Hornedo Z up for sale.
Hornedo is large for a PRE (1.70+ m), very sweet in hand, enjoys grooming, and is well-behaved under saddle. However, Hornedo is a sensitive horse and certainly not for a beginner rider. He needs a clear and patient rider. Once he trusts you, he will truly go through fire for you.

Hornedo is trained at M/L level and knows half-pass (appuyement), yielding, green changes, etc. Since I have no dressage ambitions, I have not competed with him myself, but my co-rider (a skilled rider) rode him in 4 competitions from B to L1 and now has L1 with points.

I personally introduced him to jumping, and he enjoys it immensely. We now regularly jump a small course, currently at a height of 70cm.
However, a PRE is naturally not a show jumper, and because I want to keep him sound, I have not gone any higher.

Hornedo also loves going out on trails, either alone with my boyfriend on a bike or with another horse. We go out weekly, even in winter, and he has also been on overnight trips to the Veluwe, Helmond, etc.

Hornedo's vaccinations are up to date, he has recently been tested for worms, and he goes to the farrier every +/- 8 weeks. He has no shoes (barefoot).

Hornedo has no stable vices and in the 5 years that I have owned him, he has never been injured, except for a hoof abscess.
Hornedo was allowed to grow for a long time before he had to start heavier work; he was a breeding stallion in Germany for several years.
