Talented 7-year-old gelding (Gerardus x Cantos), 1.20m showjumping
Description
Ojack is a 7-year-old gelding by Gerardus x Cantos, approx. 1.64 m. He is currently competing successfully at 1.20m. Ojack is honest and well-behaved, but has enough blood. He will not do crazy things like bucking or rearing. He takes you through the course and is not spooky at all about fences or the surroundings. A super willing partner. He is fast, careful and has great reflexes. A horse with a lot of talent who is now at the age to step up to higher levels.
He is good to load on the trailer, well-behaved in the stable and in daily handling. He is a huge cuddler who loves attention.
I bought him as a completely green 4-year-old and trained him myself up to 1.20m. During warm-up, he finds other horses coming from behind a bit tense. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is confident, not fearful, and can give him confidence. He is therefore not suitable for a beginner.
In February 2023 he had a clinical and X-ray pre-purchase exam. Since then he has never been sick or lame with me. Re-inspection is allowed, costs for the buyer.
