Sweet mare with a lot of dressage potential

With a heavy heart, I am selling my sweet mare Kato due to lack of time.

General:

Kato is a super sweet mare of 11 years old. She has a good foundation with 3 impressive yet pleasant paces. She is sweet to handle and has no mareish behavior, but she gets nervous quickly and is therefore certainly not always the easiest.

She is good to groom and really enjoys it; tacking up is also no problem at all. I have never seen her intentionally bite or kick, and she accepts the bit easily.

She lunges well and responds largely to voice commands.

Under saddle, Kato is often enthusiastic and needs a clear, consistent rider. She has a sensitive back and cannot tolerate riders bouncing in the saddle. With a height at withers of 1.72+ m, she is also a big horse with a lot of body, and for all these reasons she is definitely not suitable for a beginner rider.

However, she is responsive to the aids and very pleasant to ride for a more experienced rider; she gives easily and already knows several exercises from higher classes. She has done less over the past few years, so she will need to be brought back into work.
I have achieved a few placement points in B-level dressage with her, but I have never competed fanatically. I do expect that with the right rider she can go far in dressage.

Kato really enjoys doing a small jump, but she has no real talent for it.
In a group she is fine to ride outdoors; on her own she finds this very nerve-wracking. She is used to tractors and lorries and will rarely make a fuss about them on familiar ground. She is also familiar with dogs, cats, and small children and is fine with all of them. Aeroplanes and birds are no problem either.

She is good at the farrier, osteopath, physio, and vet; for the dentist she needs to be sedated. She has never been fully clipped, but she is fine with clippers at the vet or for her mane.
Trailer loading is very nerve-wracking for her and she behaves inconsistently; strange environments are also very nerve-wracking.

She is a real friend to everyone and loves being turned out with other horses; in the stable she has no stable vices.

Remarks:

Kato has a severe overbite and must see the dentist every year. For this, she needs to be sedated, so it is important to find a specialized vet rather than a standard equine dentist. She suffers no further issues from this: she can wear a bit without problem and accepts it well, and she can eat and graze fine, only spilling some of her hard feed.

Kato also has stringhalt-like cramping (krampbeen) in her left hind leg due to an old trauma, which is different from classic Australian stringhalt. You only notice this when lifting her hooves or stepping backwards. Under saddle, nothing is visible. For this reason, it is important that she gets plenty of movement and can go outside daily (preferably 24/7).

New home:

I am looking for a 5-star home for Kato where she can be turned out a lot and worked with regularly. Due to her nervous character, she is not suitable for a beginner rider. Dealers and riding schools do not need to respond.

A good sale is more important than a quick one, and I offer a 3-month trial period. There is also the option to full-time lease her first for a few months (450 euros/month) at her current location.

For the right place, the price is negotiable. Tack and equipment can be taken over for an additional price (excluding headcollar and fly mask, which are included).

Vetting is possible at the buyer's expense; please keep in mind that she will very likely be failed on her cramping leg. She has a D-OC and PROK predicate.
