His sire Christian performed at the highest level with Jamie Gornall and is genetically outstanding, being a son of the 1.60m horses Cartani and Who Knows Lilly. A relatively large number of offspring of this stallion, who died too young, are already performing in international sport, including at the highest level such as Clitschko 17, Theo 160, Cosm Hesed, and Cute Face. Christian captures this future talent Christelio posthumously, bred from the proven Holsteiner stam 2067 on the dam's side. Dam Karlotta IV brings in the valuable genes of top sire Casall and is a half-sister to six international showjumpers, including the 1.45/1.50m classified Lenzo 5 under Mark Bluman and Elenoor under Evie Ehrens.
